Cleaning Water to Increase Business ROI
Treating water provides benefits for oil and gas industries, as well as agriculture, infrastructure construction, and more. We lease water treatment solutions and our solutions include complete water systems.
Cleaning water allows companies to reuse their extensive water supplies instead of having to purchase new water on a consistent basis.
One of the key element in our engineering system is our patented technology, the TurboCoag™ system which is self-cleaning, lower cost, and requires less energy than legacy electrocoagulation systems.
Whether you are facing issues of compliance, highly contaminated waters, or want to increase resource recovery, we aren't a tech-first company.
Our process begins with water diagnostics and pilot testing. From there, we design a tailored treatment solution optimized to your water’s unique chemistry and your project’s economic or environmental objectives.
Avivid’s Electrocoagulation Technology
You can dive deeper into electrocoagulation, our co-founder’s research, and applications of our technology on our resource page. You can also check out our Frequently Asked Questions page for more information.
The TurboCoag™ system produces 30-70% less waste sludge when compared to traditional chemical treatment processes. The sludge passes the standard Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) analysis and can be disposed of in a conventional landfill.
The treatment process acts as a biocide, killing harmful microorganisms, while sequestering heavy metals and soluble organic compounds. Treated water can frequently be used with no further processing.
The choice of metals for sacrificial anodes enables cost-effective treatment and optimization of contaminant removal.
Avivid's patented wastewater treatment solution meets the demands of customers that need to reduce pollution abatement costs, comply with EPA regulations, and reduce water consumption/waste in response to the growing demand in the water market and quickly diminishing water resources.
What to Expect When Working with Us
“Unlike technology‑first vendors who push a single product, Avivid takes a systems‑engineering approach. We evaluate water chemistry, performance requirements, and client goals — then design the most efficient, cost‑effective water treatment strategy. Electrocoagulation might be part of it — but only if it's the right tool.”
Phase 1 - Water Qualification
We characterize the chemistry, identify contaminants, and confirm which treatment pathways are viable.
PHAse 2 - Process Validation and Commercialization
We validate how solids behave, how they change over time, and whether they can be stabilized, reused, or monetized.
phase 3 - Design, Build and Deploy
We engineer, build, and deploy the treatment system using the exact process conditions validated in Phase 2.
